The easy way we were able to learn how to work together towards a common goal and eliminate or minimize friction between us, Kevin also made us laugh a lot and feel comfortable sharing our strengths and weaknesses with each other.

The honesty and the way Kevin guided us to be better together was great. Although at times it look like a stupid activity it was necessary and now I understand why it was necessary. He knows how to bring the best out of us.
